1 cup sugar
2 cups S.R. Flour
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
125g butter
Coconut and raspberry jam
Rub 125g butter into 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups SR Flour & a pinch of salt.
Beat two eggs & add.
Roll out one quarter thick and spread with raspberry jam, sprinkle with coconut.
Roll up and cut in quarter thick slices.
Bake 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
