One of our strengths is our team of technicians who share a wealth of qualifications and experience. All technicians are fully qualified professionals who have completed either apprenticeships or recognised training courses.
Our technicians and print consultants take pride in their ability to respond to your service requests rapidly, minimising any lost productivity. All technicians are factory trained by Ricoh Australia in Sydney where training includes the latest technology including Ricoh products and networking issues.
We operate a Design Studio and Print Bureau which is fully staffed by graphic designers and other qualified personnel and offers full design-through-to-printing & document finishing services. We operate Ricoh multi function devices and, in this busy environment, have developed a strong working knowledge of our devices and their functionality and performance, as well as associated printing issues. Bureau and Studio staff work closely with our technicians and have developed a team approach to problem solving and customer service. |
