Document has been proofed: check text, fonts, colour, size & resolution |

Fonts are embedded (including pdfs) or converted to outlines |

All images are supplied or embedded |
|
Document (and images within) should be 300 dpi at printed size |
|
A 5mm type free margin extends around the edge of your document OR |
|
If the document is full bleed (print extends to a trimmed edge), 3–5mm bleed supplied with trim marks |
|
Do not place any important text or graphics within 4–5mm of the edge of the document |
|
If possible, convert your file to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) |
|
If possible do not use JPEG compression on images |

design & Graphics studio
Services include: Graphic Design, Digital Imaging, Scan & Retouch, Poster & Canvas prints, Block Mounting available for in-house prints
Graphic design: Our graphic designer has extensive experience working on corporate identities, brochures, reports, invitations, web design, newsletters, and business documents. She will work with you in the preparation of your business documents; to simplify the report development process while maintaining the integrity and style of your business. She’ll help you set up templates and style guides. Bec is in the studio on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday so feel free to call
Digital imaging: We have experienced staff who specialise in photo restoration, plan colouring, document and report preparation.
Posters, banners, canvas prints: We have a range of quality paper stocks and can help you select the product to suit your budget and requirements. You are warmly welcomed to visit our Studio to view paper stocks and discuss your options, though we do recommend making an appointment. All files should be 300dpi at the size they will be printed, with fonts and images embedded. We recommend a ‘high quality’ pdf.
Block mounting for in house prints: We can poster laminate (matt, satin or gloss) and block mount your posters. We use corflute, foam core, gatorfoam or mdf. Phone to discuss your requirements. |
