Tasprint is a Hobart family owned and operated company, proudly supporting Southern Tasmanian businesses for over 30 years.
Our core values of Integrity, Commitment, Trust & Teamwork provide the foundation for the quality of service we deliver and hold us accountable to both our environmental and social responsibilities.
Tasprint proudly sponsors the Community Group of the Year Award as part of the Tasmanian Community Achievement Awards and a range of organisations including Meals on Wheels, The Story Island Project and various organisations across the arts, sport and education sectors.
At Tasprint, we are strong supporters of buying local. We believe this represents an investment back in to the future of our own community. Buying locally means supporting local business and allows Tasprint to put essential funds back into the Tasmanian economy.
We have a proven track record in establishing positive relationships and partnerships with local business and organisations, and fostering and maintaining a highly skilled workforce.
We take a holistic approach to our responsibility for the environmental impact of our products throughout their entire lifecycle.
Ricoh Australia has set the benchmark for sustainable business practice within the industry, and in 2018 became the first Australian IT services company to achieve carbon-neutral status. Along with Lexmark, both offer complimentary consumables recycling programs.
Both Ricoh and Lexmark programs are offered to all Tasprint customers and encompass toner cartridges, toner bottles, waste toner containers, photoconductor units, fuser units, maintenance kits and other consumable products. Both programs recycle spent parts and consumables, reclaiming the plastic and metal for reuse to reduce the reliance on new material.
